Compara las &#8220;carnes&#8221; vegetales con las carnes animales y dice no comprender c\u00f3mo pueden parecerme ricas.<br \/>\nVolvemos al principio: Yo no dej\u00e9 de comer carne por el sabor, no dej\u00e9 de comer quesos, helados y huevos porque un d\u00eda me despert\u00e9 y no me gustaron m\u00e1s. Yo dej\u00e9 de comer productos animales por consciencia, por compasi\u00f3n y por salud.<br \/>\nClaro que hasta mis 36 a\u00f1os com\u00ed carnes, yo AMABA comer carne, a ver si me entienden, pero un d\u00eda mir\u00e9 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y ya no pude separar una cosa de la otra. Detr\u00e1s de ese bife de chorizo hay un ser y hoy mi consciencia es m\u00e1s fuerte que mi gula y mi ego\u00edsmo.<br \/>\nSin embargo, hay texturas y sabores que me dan ganas de reencontrar, la \u00fanica condici\u00f3n es que vengan del reino vegetal, es la \u00fanica forma en la que puedo disfrutarlos hoy en d\u00eda.
