Yo la compro disecada (similar a la soja texturizada), la hidrato en agua tibia unos minutos y est\u00e1 lista para ser parte de un delicioso y nutritivo plato!<br \/>\nLa primera vez que prob\u00e9 este producto fu\u00e9 en un restaurant. Cuando me sirvieron el plato recuerdo haberme quedado un rato largo mir\u00e1ndolo.
