AAAAAAAAAHHHH Una de las costumbres culinarias italianas m\u00e1s lindas que hay: los \u00f1oquis del 29!<\/p>\n<p>Su existencia es simple, a fin de mes ya casi no quedaba sueldo, as\u00ed que los platos de esos d\u00edas, se hac\u00edan con los ingredientes m\u00e1s baratos: hete aqu\u00ed, \u00a1papa y harina!<\/p>\n<p>Nada como unos ricos \u00f1oquis caseros. \u00bfSab\u00edas que en la mayor\u00eda de las casas de pastas les ponen huevo??? Para darle estabilidad dicen por ah\u00ed. Pero en casa siempre se los hizo as\u00ed, con papa y harina y no mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Si te da fiaca toda la preparaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 pod\u00e9s dejar la masa de los \u00f1oquis lista la noche anterior y al otro d\u00eda solamente armarlos, o adelantar la salsa, o hacer las compras.<\/p>\n<p>Quiero agradecer p\u00fablicamente a mi amiga\u00a0Andrea Arg\u00fcello por el pesto de tomates secos que utilic\u00e9 para estos \u00f1oquis, no s\u00f3lo me di\u00f3 la receta, me di\u00f3 el pesto! As\u00ed que yo solo tuve que hacer los \u00f1oquis y colocarle esa delicia por encima.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que el pesto lo hicimos con tomates secos peeeeeeero, si de casualidad hiciste estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\">tomates confitados<\/a>, entonces te quedar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s glorioso!<\/p>\n<p>Cada 29 pod\u00e9s hacer diferentes \u00f1oquis y salsas, eso es lo lindo de este plato, que puede variar incansablemente, a tu antojo e imaginaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Y no te olvides de poner un billete debajo del plato!<\/p>\n<div Dividir la masa en pedacitos y hacer &quot;choricitos&quot;.
