El sabor de las especias, la untuosidad de la leche de coco, ese leve sabor agridulce, son para m\u00ed realmente irresistibles.<br \/>\nEn el af\u00e1n por incorporar prote\u00ednas y a la vez consumir una textura &#8220;carnosa&#8221;, us\u00e9 un texturizado de soja en cubos. Vienen deshidratados, se remojan en agua y luego se mezclan con el resto de los ingredientes.<br \/>\nEste curry es un plato bastante r\u00e1pido, salvo que el mijo requiere de una cocci\u00f3n un tanto larguita, 35 a 40 minutos, pod\u00e9s prepararlo con antelaci\u00f3n o reemplazar el mijo por arroz basmati o qu\u00ednoa. Para la opci\u00f3n con gluten tambi\u00e9n va bien el trigo burgol.<br \/>\nEl mijo es un cereal ancestral que tiene una propiedad \u00fanica respecto del resto de los cereales: El mijo alcaliniza el organismo. Qu\u00e9 quiere decir \u00e9sto? Que equilibra nuestro PH y nos ayuda a compensar los efectos acidificantes de una mala dieta (sobre todo si consum\u00eds prote\u00ednas de origen animal)<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, es rico en fibra, magnesio, vitaminas del grupo B, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, f\u00f3sforo. Acidos grasos, hierro, zinc, yodo y vitamina E. Y lo mejor de todo? No contiene gluten!<br \/>\nPosee un efecto saciador y va muy bien tanto para preparaciones saladas como dulces, as\u00ed que, te recomiendo empezar a incorporar este alimento maravilloso a tu agua hirviendo e hidratar por unos minutos, escurrir y reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar la cebolla, la zanahoria y el zucchini en bocados.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, saltear los vegetales hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos pero crocantes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar los cubos de soja, saltear para que se
