Pido disculpas a mis lectores, pero es que estoy de visita en Mi Buenos Aires querido y estuve muchos d\u00edas desconectada del mundo virtual. Si bien, estoy extra\u00f1ando mi blog a full, estuve aprovechando cada minuto para reencontrarme con gente querida y poni\u00e9ndome al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Hecha esta aclaraci\u00f3n sobre mi ausencia, les traigo una receta perfecta para un almuerzo liviano, r\u00e1pida de preparar (las tortillas tambi\u00e9n pueden tenerlas freezadas como las de harina de trigo y descongelarlas en segundos!)<br \/>\nEstas tortillas son sin gl\u00faten, hechas con harina de ma\u00edz, muy sabrosas y crocantes.
