Si hay algo que colma mi freezer son bananas congeladas cortadas en rodajitas. Cuando me ataca el antojo de helado, las saco, las proceso y ya est\u00e1. No hace falta m\u00e1quina de helado ni nada sofisticado, solo un mixer, licuadora o procesadora.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando la banana est\u00e1 toda negra por fuera, es ideal, porque est\u00e1 muy dulce y tiene much\u00edsimas m\u00e1s propiedades nutricionales. As\u00ed que cuando veas que las bananas est\u00e1n a punto de echarse a perder, las pel\u00e1s, las cort\u00e1s y las freez\u00e1s. As\u00ed podr\u00e1s tener helado cada vez que tengas ganas!<\/p>\n<p>En este caso agregu\u00e9 algarroba, cuyo sabor AMO, adem\u00e1s, para hacerlo bien empalagoso, hice una salsa de chocolate y le
