(y sanas)<br \/>\nEstando fuera de casa se me hace dif\u00edcil comer saludable sin caer en las ensaladas. Debo confesar que estuve d\u00e1ndole un poco (demasiado) a los totopos con guacamole, al hummus, a las papas fritas y esas cosas un tanto pesaditas.<br \/>\nDurante mi estad\u00eda en Buenos Aires estuve de visita por lugares nuevos para m\u00ed y tambi\u00e9n volv\u00ed a los cl\u00e1sicos, prometo para esta semana escribir sobre mis descubrimientos y opiniones sobre mi Buenos Aires vegana.<br \/>\nPero hoy, quiero postear una receta.<br \/>\nEncontr\u00e9 estos simp\u00e1ticos zucchinis redondos en el mercado y no pude resistirme a su regordeta belleza.
