El perfecto sabor de las especias y la ralladura de naranjas. Una esponjosidad incre\u00edble para una masa sin gluten. H\u00famedos, sabrosos, perfectos.<br \/>\nEs una de las recetas que me ponen orgullosa. Si alg\u00fan d\u00eda publico un libro, esta ser\u00e1 una de mis recetas estrella y no lo digo para que los hagan, aunque deber\u00edan!<br \/>\nYo us\u00e9 una\u00a0avena sin gluten, de alforf\u00f3n (trigo sarraceno) y unos copos\u00a0de arroz, f\u00edjense cu\u00e1les consiguen en su diet\u00e9tica o usen cualquier avena sin gluten que consigan. Si no los quieren hacer sin gluten, usan avena tradicional, aunque sepan que sin gluten son mucho m\u00e1s saludables!<br \/>\nPueden convertirlos en cupcakes si los untan con alg\u00fan frosting a cdita. de polvo de 5 especias<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ralladura de 1 naranja<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Opcional: Pasas de uva y nueces pecan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instruction\">Colocar todos los ingredientes en la procesadora o mixer y procesar hasta lograr un polvo grueso, reservar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Resto de ingredientes<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un bol, colocar la harina obtenida, el az\u00facar, la sal, el bicarbonato, las pasas, la canela y las especias, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En otro bol, mezclar el aceite, la leche, la zanahoria rallada fina y la ralladura de naranja.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar la mezcla de leche en el bol de los secos y mezclar para integrar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar en moldes para muffins con pirotines.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar una nuez pecan por encima.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cocinar a horno bajo por 40 minutos o hasta que al pinchar un escarbadientes, salga limpio.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejar enfriar y
