pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la liga:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de harina sin gluten (puede ser arroz o garbanzo)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cdita. de mostaza de dij\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el rebozado:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Rebozador sin gluten<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Semillas de s\u00e9samo integral<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Levadura nutricional<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cebolla deshidratada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para las milanesas:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar la avena en una cacerolita.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregarle el agua hirviendo y llevar al fuego.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Revolver con cuchara de madera hasta que quede una pasta densa.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez fr\u00eda la avena, colocar el resto de los ingredientes y unir hasta que quede parejo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Formar una bola y cortar en 4 partes iguales.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Formar las milanesas con las manos humedecidas en un poco de agua.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la liga:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mezclar todos
