A mi me encanta. Es crocante y muy sabroso. Al ser un alimento fermentado, mantiene intactas todas las prote\u00ednas de la soja y posee a\u00fan m\u00e1s fibra y vitaminas que el tofu. Su textura tambi\u00e9n es muy diferente, el Tempeh es mucho m\u00e1s firme. A mi me gusta cortarlo en fetas finas y grillarlo con un toque de aceite de coco o de s\u00e9samo.
