MUY ricos!<br \/>\nEste tipo de pasta me gusta con salsas cremosas, as\u00ed que, a pesar de que us\u00e9 esp\u00e1rragos y champignones salteados, hice una cremita con casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa que la recomiendo para todas las salsas o platos cremosos que deseen.<br \/>\nSe trata simplemente de poner un pu\u00f1ado de casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa en remojo, por 2 o 3 horas y luego licuarlas con agua (depende la consistencia que deseen ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s o menos agua) no dejen de probarla, es untuosa y sabrosa, va exelente para darle un toque a guisos o a sopas crema. class=\"ingredient\">1 chorrito de vino blanco<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar los esp\u00e1rragos en 2 o 3 partes, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar los hongos en cuartos, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n caliente con aceite de oliva, saltear los esp\u00e1rragos hasta dorar, agregar sal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar 1 chorro de agua hirviendo, remover para cocinar los esp\u00e1rragos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando el agua se evapore, incorporar los hongos, saltear todo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el vino blanco y remover hasta evaporar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Licuar las casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa con un poco de agua hasta obtener una crema, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Hervir la pasta seg\u00fan las especificaciones del paquete.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez cocida la pasta, agregarla a la sart\u00e9n, incorporar la crema de casta\u00f1as, integrar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Rectificar de sal y agregar pimienta.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Apagar el fuego.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the white wine and stir until evaporated.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Blend cashews with a little water until creamy, set aside.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Boil pasta according to package specifications.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Once cooked pasta, add it to the pan, add the cashew cream and integrate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Season with salt and add pepper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Turn off heat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Serve with a trickle of olive oil, nutritional yeast and freshly ground black
