Ideales para el mate, porque no son demasiado dulces.<br \/>\nPod\u00e9s ponerle pasas, en vez de berries y almendras en vez de casta\u00f1as, incluso, si los quer\u00e9s m\u00e1s empalagosos, les vainilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 tazas de harina de todo uso<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cdas. de polvo de hornear<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de az\u00facar integral<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de aceite de coco en estado s\u00f3lido<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Pasas o cranberries disecados, almendras o casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa *Opcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pisar las bananas y mezclar con la leche y la vainilla, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En otro bol, mezclar la harina, el polvo de hornear, el az\u00facar y la sal.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el aceite de coco en pedacitos y formar una arena con la mezcla de harina.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Por \u00faltimo,
