De cualquier forma, color y tama\u00f1o, amo tanto las papas que si me invitas a comer y me das s\u00f3lo pur\u00e9 de papas o papas hervidas yo estoy feliz. Pa que sepas!<br \/> Esta manera de preparar las papas est\u00e1 muy buena, porque al estar ralladas, se cocinan muy r\u00e1pido y gracias a su almid\u00f3n, se aglutinan y quedan muy doradas y crocantes!<br \/> Para darles un sabor distinto les agregu\u00e9 unos hongos grillados picaditos y cebolla colorada rehogada. Acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con ensaladas y una salsa hecha a base de tahini.
