No saben lo que me cost\u00f3 conseguir municiones en Amsterdam! Son una rareza! Y con lo que yo amo saborearlos en sopas o as\u00ed, cremosos con muchas arvejas, pimienta y oliva mmmmm&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de buscarlos por todos los supermercados, una amable argentina me dijo que no est\u00e1n en la secci\u00f3n de fideos, sino en la secci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos importados. S\u00ed, como leen! Est\u00e1n al lado de tooooooodos los alimentos de culturas internacionales como las algas de sushi, las sopas de miso, los condimentos exc\u00e9ntricos. Tiene l\u00f3gica, pero no deja de sorprenderme eso de ser extra\u00f1a en el lugar donde vivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo empec\u00e9 a comer municiones con arvejas por una receta que hay en el libro de Narda Lepes (mala palabra para algunos <em>veggies<\/em>). Sabr\u00e1n perdonar pero, en mis \u00e9pocas no veganas, sol\u00eda hacer muchas recetas de ella. Claro que ahora la veganic\u00e9 y no puedo explicarles lo bien que queda!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/municiones_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/municiones_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7345\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Yo me como un bol bien grande a cucharadas, no paro hasta reventar -y si, as\u00ed soy yo cuando algo me gusta mucho! jejeje-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los prepar\u00e9 con un &#8220;queso blanco&#8221; de semillas de girasol, tambi\u00e9n pueden hacerlo con casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> *Actualizaci\u00f3n* <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queda genial con el queso crema que ense\u00f1amos en nuestros cursos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L\u00c1CTEOS VEGETALES I<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-de-quesos-vegetales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">QUESOS VEGETALES<\/a>.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/municiones_4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/municiones_4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7347\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Un detalle importante: en la medida que puedan, eviten usar arvejas de lata, -de hecho, en lo posible, hay que evitar TODO lo que venga en lata, ya que los productos envasados de ese modo suelen contener demasiados qu\u00edmicos y sodio y sustancias t\u00f3xicas como el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebeehive.org\/es\/la-buena-vida\/recetas-saludables\/al-comer-en-casa\/el-quimico-bpa-en-los-enlatados\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BPA<\/a>-. Las arvejas frescas suelen conseguirse en verduler\u00edas -peladas o en su vaina-, pero tambi\u00e9n congeladas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a
