Despu\u00e9s de una larga ausencia, aqu\u00ed estoy para volver al ruedo!<br \/> Este a\u00f1o se viene con todo! Alguna que otra sorpresa, cambio de imagen de Hola Vegan, nuevas secciones y m\u00e1s, as\u00ed que est\u00e9n atentos!<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de haber pasado 2 maravillosas semanas en Italia (paseando por varios pueblitos) puedo decir ya que la comida italiana es mi preferida del mundo mundial.<br \/> Claro que tanta harina entre pizza, pasta y pan, me he ganado 1 kilito (EJEM, pens\u00e9 que iba a ser m\u00e1s)<br \/> As\u00ed que ahora, como cada comienzo de a\u00f1o empiezo una detox, para limpiar un poco tanto exceso. Ojo! No se asusten que tengo un arsenal de recetas para ustedes, no crean que ahora las recetas van a ser smoothies y ensaladas!<\/p>\n<p>En Italia he adquirido un libro de recetas maravilloso, creo, que el mejor de mi colecci\u00f3n POR LEJOS. Se trata de un libro ENAAAAAAAAAARME, con todos los platos t\u00edpicos de la cocina Italiana divididos por regi\u00f3n y VEGANIZADOS! As\u00ed que la idea tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1 compartir con ustedes algunas de esas recetas, muchas as\u00ed como est\u00e1n en el libro y otras, como ya saben, con mi toque personal.<br \/> El libro est\u00e1 en italiano (obviamente) y aunque, yo no hablo el idioma, lo compr\u00e9 porque hace mucho tiempo que quiero aprender italiano, as\u00ed que voy a empezar por lo m\u00e1s importante: EL MORFI! jejejeje<\/p>\n<p>En Italia no me ha costado comer vegano, realmente hay muchas opciones, muchas veces hay que aclarar que no pongan queso o hacer alguna modificaci\u00f3n en el plato, pero en general, es f\u00e1cil!<\/p>\n<p>El ingrediente estrella de este viaje, ha sido el Tartufo! He comido hasta el cansancio y me he tra\u00eddo varias pastas, aceites y cosillas con ese peculiar sabor, realmente me he vuelto fan\u00e1tica!<\/p>\n<p>Ahora les dejo la receta con la que celebramos class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Es importante que todo quede cubierto de l\u00edquido.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4235-step-2-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Bajar el fuego al m\u00ednimo y dejar reducir el l\u00edquido.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4235-step-2-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Si vas a usar hongos, cortarlos y saltearlos en una sart\u00e9n aparte, se agregan casi al final de la cocci\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4235-step-2-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En aproximadamente 1 hora, se habr\u00e1 reducido el l\u00edquido y se habr\u00e1n concentrado los sabores. Si falta, ir agregando agua para que no se pegue.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4235-step-2-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Rectificar de sal, pimienta y agregar unas gotas de jugo de lim\u00f3n.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4235-step-2-12\"
