JA!<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una opci\u00f3n para cuando no ten\u00e9s ganas de preparar las <a title=\"Milanesas de Avena Veganas\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/10\/09\/milanesas-de-avena\/\">milanesas de avena<\/a> o las <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/milanesas-de-soja-reloaded\/\">de soja<\/a>. El proceso es mucho m\u00e1s sencillo y r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<h1>RECOMENDACI\u00d3N<\/h1>\n<p>Siempre, pero siempre que consumas soja compr\u00e1 soja org\u00e1nica o certificada sin OGM, no transg\u00e9nica. No compres milanesas de soja de paquete (o caja) que seguro est\u00e1n hechas con soja transg\u00e9nica y tienen cantidades de qu\u00edmicos. Pero me ha pasado que muchos omnis me dicen que ni locos consumir\u00edan soja. Ahora, yo les quiero preguntar, \u00bfqu\u00e9 creen que comi\u00f3 la vaca que se est\u00e1n comiendo? Porque salvo que se cercioren de que la carne proviene de pastoreo, lo que comen casi todas las vaquitas del mundo es precisamente SOJA y no muy org\u00e1nica que digamos.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00ed me parece
