Nunca es suficiente. Siempre tengo ganas de Hummus. Cualquier preparaci\u00f3n, podr\u00eda ser m\u00e1s rica si le agreg\u00e1s Hummus. Es as\u00ed, es inevitable, es maravilloso. Hummus, OH SI!<\/p>\n<p>Considero a esta deliciosa pasta el &#8220;queso&#8221; de los veganos, tan placentera e irresistible, perfecta para una entrada, incre\u00edble en ensaladas, sandwiches y wraps. Si lo comparamos con el queso encontramos que en 100 gramos de queso hay 371 calor\u00edas, mientras que en 100 gramos de Hummus hay 166 calor\u00edas. En cuanto al aporte de grasas, 100 gramos de queso aportan 32 gramos de grasa, mientras que 100 gramos de hummus aportan 10 gramos de grasa (no olvidemos que la grasa animal contiene colesterol y la vegetal no) Por todo esto y mucho m\u00e1s&#8230; Que viva el Hummus!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-4081\" class=\"wprm-recipe-container\"
