{"id":1585,"date":"2015-01-13T18:11:58","date_gmt":"2015-01-13T17:11:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=1585"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:23:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:23:52","slug":"fideos-con-tuco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/fideos-con-tuco\/","title":{"rendered":"Fideos con Tuco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/fideoscontuco2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1679 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/fideoscontuco2.jpg\" alt=\"Fideos con Tuco\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hoy les traigo la receta del cl\u00e1sico TUCO, como el que hac\u00eda mam\u00e1, pero vegan, que es igual de rico, pero m\u00e1s sano y liviano, ya que no contiene el colesterol ni la grasa de la carne.<br \/> Es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar, cuando yo lo hago, preparo una olla llena, luego lo guardo en bolsitas en el freezer, as\u00ed est\u00e1 listo para sacarme de un apuro cada vez que quiero comer unas ricas pastas y no tengo tiempo (o ganas).<br \/> En esta oportunidad los com\u00ed con fideos, pero obvio que van bien para cualquier tipo de pastas, secas, frescas, rellenas, \u00f1oquis, lasa\u00f1a, lo que quieran!<\/p>\n<p>El aroma al tuquito me recuerda mucho a los domingos al mediod\u00eda. Mi mam\u00e1 se levantaba temprano, se preparaba unos mates y empezaba con la preparaci\u00f3n, si bien, la preparaci\u00f3n en si no lleva mucho tiempo, lo bueno es dejarlo en la olla un buen rato, para que sus sabores se concentren y quede bien arom\u00e1tico.<br \/> Muchas veces, com\u00edamos el tuco con fideos caseros amasados por mi pap\u00e1, que estiraba la masa con palote y los cortaba a cuchillo! Aaaayyy qu\u00e9 lindos recuerdos!<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, para esta receta hacen falta muy pocos ingredientes: Una zanahoria, una cebolla y un morr\u00f3n rojo. Luego la pulpa de tomates, unas hojitas de laurel, y los condimentos, que detallar\u00e9 en la receta.<br \/> Si les gusta que la salsa quede suave y untuosa, sin pedacitos de verduritas, necesitar\u00e1n un mixer de mano, procesadora o licuadora.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que cortar las verduritas as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1685\"
