\/><\/p>\n<p>Este es un bud\u00edn s\u00faper h\u00famedo, est\u00e1 buen\u00edsimo con una taza de t\u00e9, pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s\u00a0ponerle un poco de crema de coco batida o unas manzanas con caramelo o un rico helado vegano y convertirlo en un delicioso postre.<br \/> Yo mezcl\u00e9 harina de arroz, harina de almendras y harina de coco, como siempre digo, si no ten\u00e9s harina de coco, basta con poner coco disecado en la procesadora, lo mismo si no ten\u00e9s harina de almendras, pod\u00e9s pasar las almendras por la licuadora o la procesadora, no te va a quedar hecho polvo, pero va bien para esta receta.<br \/> Las manzanas se ponen hechas pur\u00e9, yo us\u00e9 un pur\u00e9 de manzanas org\u00e1nico que viene en frasco, pero si lo quer\u00e9s hacer, ten\u00e9s dos opciones, o rall\u00e1s las manzanas crudas con un rallador muy fino (o la procesadora) o bien cocin\u00e1s las manzanas cortadas en cubos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de coco y luego las pis\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Lo perfum\u00e9 con canela y polvo de 5 especias, qued\u00f3 muy arom\u00e1tico y combin\u00f3 perfecto con el sabor a coco, almendras y manzana.<\/p>\n<p>Manos a la
