{"id":1707,"date":"2015-01-26T21:43:46","date_gmt":"2015-01-27T00:43:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=1707"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:24:37","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:24:37","slug":"gluten-free-falafel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/gluten-free-falafel\/","title":{"rendered":"Gluten Free Falafel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy les traigo una versi\u00f3n del delicioso falafel sin gluten!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/falafel_GF_1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/falafel_GF_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8141\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Us\u00e9 garbanzos, habas, harina de garbanzos y almendras molidas (en lugar de pan rallado) lo que les otorg\u00f3 un crocantor inigualable.<br \/>A mi me encanta comer el falafel en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pita-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pan de pita<\/a> o en un <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tortillas-para-wraps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrap<\/a>, en este caso us\u00e9 una tortilla para wrap sin gluten. Tambi\u00e9n pueden envolverlos en hojas de lechuga o en papel de arroz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden darles la forma que m\u00e1s les guste, yo los hice achataditos, pero pueden hacerlos en forma de bolitas. Los cocino al horno, porque son mucho m\u00e1s saludables que fritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Esta misma receta pueden usarla para hacer hamburguesas, simplemente, le dan la forma m\u00e1s grande y listo!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/falafel_GF_2.png\"><img bien con todo tipo de vegetales crudos, zanahorias, tomates, palta y hojas verdes.<br \/>Tambi\u00e9n le pod\u00e9s poner alguna salsita para acompa\u00f1ar, alioli, vegan mayo o una deliciosa salsa de tahine que se hace mezclando tahine, jugo de lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a
