C\u00f3mo est\u00e1n bellos seguidores?<br \/>\nLes cuento que estoy con much\u00edsimo trabajo, por eso tengo un poco abandonado el blog. Tengo much\u00edsimas recetas acumuladas que espero ir subiendo de a poco.<br \/>\nHoy les traigo una variante para hacer con la cl\u00e1sica masa de pizza, un calzone!<\/p>\n<p>Se trata simplemente de hacer una empanada gigante con la masa de pizza y rellenarlo con cosas ricas.<br \/>\nEn este caso yo prepar\u00e9 un relleno de puerros y queso cremoso de avena. El queso de avena es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar y es ideal para rellenar tartas, empanadas y pizzas.<br \/>\nQueda m\u00e1s cremoso que el queso de papa, no tan &#8220;chicloso&#8221; y a diferencia del queso de papa, en el que hay que ocuparse de hervir las papas y pelarlas antes de prepararlo, para \u00e9ste queso, s\u00f3lo ten\u00e9s que dejar la avena en remojo por 1\/2 hora y listo! No requiere cocinar nada antes.<\/p>\n<p>Pueden usar cebollas en vez de puerros, echalotes o cebolla de verdeo, cebollas coloradas caramelizadas, o las verduras que prefieran.
