OOOOOH SIIIIIII<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00e9s hacerlo tambi\u00e9n en forma de torta, no de bud\u00edn y cubrirlo con alguna crema de chocolate o crema de coco batida, frutos rojos, dulce de leche vegano aaaaaah, mil opciones!<\/p>\n<p>Cre\u00e9 esta receta especialmente para mi amiga Andy, que es muy muy fana de la Algarroba, a ella le encant\u00f3, as\u00ed que yo me doy por satisfecha!<\/p>\n<p>Es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar, yo us\u00e9 mitad de harina blanca y mitad de espelta, pueden reemplazarla por harina integral. Para reemplazar el huevo, us\u00e9 zucchini, que ya es un cl\u00e1sico en muchas de mis tortas.<br \/> Del zucchini uso solamente la parte blanca de las semillas, eso, lo proceso hasta que quede casi l\u00edquido, bah, como un licuado, y eso actuar\u00e1 de &#8220;huevo&#8221; en esta receta.<\/p>\n<p>La consistencia de la masa es &#8220;ni muy muy, ni tan tan&#8221; como dir\u00eda mi madre, ni muy l\u00edquida, ni tan\u00a0espesa, algo as\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1760\"
