Estas burgers tienen muchos ingredientes, no se asusten, muchos son solo para dar sabor y todos son f\u00e1ciles de conseguir, la preparaci\u00f3n es bien f\u00e1cil y sin muchas vueltas. Como ver\u00e1n en la foto, yo le puse de todo, en cada capa, si, EN CADA CAPA puse mucho hummus, mucho, mucho, que chorree hummus, prepar\u00e9 el hummus un poco m\u00e1s l\u00edquido que de costumbre para que se deslice por todas partes. Debo aclarar que es uno de esos sandwiches enchastradores, bien chanchos de comer, como un buen sandwich debe ser. Agregu\u00e9 hojas verdes, tomate fresco, zanahoria rallada y acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con papas horneadas. La gloria! Las lentejas que us\u00e9, son las llamadas &#8220;Beluga&#8221; son muy muy chiquititas y de color negro, claro que pueden hacerlo con cualquier lenteja que consigan. Us\u00e9 g\u00edrgolas, pero tambi\u00e9n, cualquier hongo fresco va bien. Finalmente, el tofu que us\u00e9 es tofu ahumado, ya se compra as\u00ed y tiene un sabor espectacular. De nuevo, pod\u00e9s hacerlo con tofu com\u00fan, condimentar con sal ahumada o con unas gotas de humo l\u00edquido, si es que te gusta el sabor ahumadito.
