AAAAAH, bueno, porque es un sandwich de una sola tapa, as\u00ed que pod\u00e9s comerte 2! Rodaja de pan, alg\u00fan rico aderezo y pilas, si, PILAS de ingredientes por encima! Yo me prepar\u00e9 estos con pan integral (prometo receta pronto, porque es delicioso) lo unt\u00e9 con vegan mayo, pod\u00e9s usar dij\u00f3n, vegan cream cheese, hummus, mayonesa de zanahorias, de remolacha, pasta de aceitunas, de tomates secos, o lo que m\u00e1s te guste. Por encima puse scrambled tofu, una de mis maneras favoritas de comer tofu. Rodajas de tomate fresco, r\u00facula y palta, y para coronar semillas tostadas (de girasol y de zapallo) Las combinaciones son infinitas, pod\u00e9s usar tempeh en lugar de tofu, hongos grillados, zanahoria rallada, legumbres, brotes, otras hojas verdes, zucchinis o berenjenas gilladas, etc!
