Est\u00e1s aburrid@ de comer pur\u00e9 de calabaza, sopa de calabaza, tarta de calabaza, te encanta la calabaza pero quer\u00e9s preparar algo diferente. Pues, qu\u00e9 te parece esta espectacular salsa cremosa de calabaza? Se la ech\u00e1s a unas ricas pastas y te quedan de rechupete! Ah si si, claro, adem\u00e1s, es muy nutritiva! Bueno, yo la llamo calabaza, pero puede tener otros nombres como zapallo anco o butternut squash, no importa el tipo de zapallo que tengas, esta receta va a quedar buen\u00edsima con cualquiera. Pocos ingredientes, proceso muy f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pido, una vez que la calabaza ya est\u00e1 horneada. Pod\u00e9s hacerlo con las sobras de unas calabazas al horno o bien hornearla especialmente. Pod\u00e9s hacerlo con calabaza hervida tambi\u00e9n, lo que a mi me parece es que la calabaza horneada es much\u00edsimo m\u00e1s sabrosa, por eso la preparo as\u00ed: <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1790\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/crema-de-calabazas01.jpg\" alt=\"crema-de-calabazas01\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> La corto al medio, le retiro las semillas y la pongo en una placa para horno. Le tiro apenas una gota de aceite de oliva, unos dientes de ajo machacados, unas ramitas de romero, una pizca de az\u00facar rubio y un poco de pimienta. As\u00ed como est\u00e1, la llevo al horno suave a moderado y me olvido&#8230; La dejo ah\u00ed mientras hago otras cosas, 1 o 2 horas, dependiendo la temperatura del horno. Cuidando que no se queme, hasta que quede as\u00ed: <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1791\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/crema-de-calabazas02.jpg\" alt=\"crema-de-calabazas02\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Est\u00e1 dorada, caramelizada y muy sabrosa. La dejo que se enfr\u00ede un poco y con una cuchara voy sacando toda la carne, apart\u00e1ndola de la c\u00e1scara. Ahora, la pongo en la licuadora, junto con un poco de queso crema vegan (totalmente opcional), levadura nutriciona, sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva. Pod\u00e9s agregar los ajos tambi\u00e9n, que van a estar cremosos. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1792\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/crema-de-calabazas03.jpg\" alt=\"crema-de-calabazas03\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Y a licuar, mucho mucho. Pod\u00e9s agregar un poco de agua si ves que queda demasiado espesa, tiene que quedar como una crema, as\u00ed: <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1793\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/crema-de-calabazas04.jpg\" alt=\"crema-de-calabazas04\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Y listoooooooooo! Pod\u00e9s ponerla sobre las pastas que m\u00e1s te gusten, o comerla con quinoa, con arroz, con lentejas, armar una lasa\u00f1a, \u00f1oquis, ravioles, mmmmmm infinitas y deliciosas posibilidades!
