Es un pan que lleva bastantes pasos, si bien, no hay que amasarlo demasiado, hay que ocuparse de varias cosas antes de amasar, cr\u00e9anme que vale la pena el esfuerzo. Es un pan h\u00famedo, muy arom\u00e1tico, muy nutritivo. Es ideal para comer as\u00ed o armarse unos ricos veggie sandwiches, no s\u00e9 si es el que m\u00e1s me gusta para comer tostado, es mucho m\u00e1s rico sin tostar, pero bueno, va bien tambi\u00e9n id=\"wprm-recipe-3988-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En un bol, mezclar la harina, la sal, y el germen de trigo tostado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3988-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En otro bol, mezclar el agua, el jugo de naranja y el extracto de malta, luego disolver en esta mezcla, la levadura.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3988-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Incorporar el l\u00edquido al bol de la harina y mezclar con las manos.
