Aunque, esta sopa puede servirse tambi\u00e9n fr\u00eda o no tan caliente, como el gazpacho, por ejemplo. Esta sopa\u00a0es TAN facil que casi que no necesita receta. Les voy a contar lo que us\u00e9 yo, vos\u00a0pod\u00e9s\u00a0hacerla con lo que quieras. Us\u00e9 2 tipos de tomates, tomates perita y tomates confitados, para los tomates confitados pueden ver la receta <a title=\"Tomates Confitados\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/08\/07\/tomates-confitados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>. Obvio que yo ya los ten\u00eda hechos, si no ten\u00e9s, pod\u00e9s usar tomates secos, lo bueno de los tomates confitados o los tomates secos en conserva, es que tienen much\u00edsimo sabor a ajo, aceite de oliva y\u00a0hierbas. Us\u00e9 papa para hacerla m\u00e1s cremosa, pero pod\u00e9s usar pan, caj\u00fas, porotos, avena, a ver, lo que se te ocurra para darle consistencia. Lo m\u00e1s importante es que el sabor principal estar\u00e1 dado por el tomate. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1825\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/sopa-de-tomate2.jpg\" alt=\"sopa-de-tomate2\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Siempre hay gente que me dice que con una sopa sola se queda con hambre, por eso hay que ponerle onda! Si la sopa es contundente y encima la acompa\u00f1\u00e1s con semillas tostadas, pan tostado, algo cremoso, te puedo asegurar que te llena (y mucho!) Mi marido que es un mamut de 1.90 mts de altura, se queda pip\u00f3n pip\u00f3n con mis sopas, jam\u00e1s se queda con hambre, aviso! La magia est\u00e1 en los detalles, por eso, acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con: 1 rodaja de un buen pan tostado con unas gotas de aceite de oliva. Vegan cream cheese Levadura nutricional Pi\u00f1ones tostados Pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida Albahaca fresca picada Pod\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n dejarle pedacitos de tomates secos para morder.
