Aqu\u00ed me tienen y con una novedad! Estoy incursionando en la alimentaci\u00f3n cruda. Si si, ya s\u00e9 que en este blog hay varias recetas de comida cruda, pero la gran diferencia es que ahora (y por 1 mes entero) mi alimentaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 100% crudivegana! Tom\u00e1 p\u00e1 v\u00f3! Es que estoy haciendo una &#8220;detox&#8221; y limpieza de mi organismo, as\u00ed que por 28 d\u00edas, nada de comida cocida, nada de alcohol, nada de caf\u00e9. Y qu\u00e9 com\u00e9s? Me van a preguntar&#8230; Frutas, vegetales, semillas activadas, hongos, granos y legumbres germinados, brotes y algas, tooooooodo lo que tu imaginaci\u00f3n te permita hacer sin exponer a los alimentos a una temperatura mayor a 42 grados. Estoy a solo 3 d\u00edas de este experimento y tengo que confesar que nunca en mi vida me sent\u00ed mejor&#8230; Es incre\u00edble c\u00f3mo, el quitar de la dieta el az\u00facar, la harina y la comida procesada cambia completamente al organismo, desde el d\u00eda 1. Ni hablar que al comer comida &#8220;viva&#8221; realmente siento\u00a0que por mis venas corre VIDA, la energ\u00eda se me\u00a0levanta por las nubes y estoy de muy buen humor, cuando en general (y pese a que soy vegana hace casi 1 a\u00f1o y medio) por la tarde me agarraba una fiaca tremenda y no pod\u00eda luchar contra las ganas de ir a tirarme al sill\u00f3n. Si estos son los beneficios de una dieta crudivegana, creo que me va a resultar muy dif\u00edcil volver a la normalidad, aunque, todos sabemos que soy amante del pan y las papas. Creo que mi siguiente paso ser\u00e1 comer mucho crudo y muy poquito cocinado&#8230; Veremos, les contar\u00e9 en la pr\u00f3xima entrega! Ahora quiero hablar de mi receta del d\u00eda de la fecha, no es ni m\u00e1s ni menos que el glorioso HUMMUS que tanto amo, pero en versi\u00f3n crudita, es decir, en lugar de hervir los garbanzos, hay que hacerlos germinar, para poder comerlos crudos. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1873\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/hummus-garbanzos.jpg\" alt=\"hummus-garbanzos\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> La preparaci\u00f3n es igual a la tradicional, solo que hay que tener un poco m\u00e1s de paciencia. Colocar unas gotas de agua si la mezcla est\u00e1 muy dura o a la licuadora le cuesta licuar.
