Estas Energy Bites son: Crudas (RAW) veganas, sin gluten y sin az\u00facar! La base es de almendras activadas, d\u00e1tiles, cacao nibs\u00a0y vainilla y us\u00e9 3 rebozados diferentes, cacao raw, coco rallado y frambuesas disecadas trituradas: Amargo, dulce y \u00e1cido. Un juego para los sentidos. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s rebozarlas con semillas, con az\u00facar de coco, con pistachos triturados, avellanas, copos de cereal (ya no ser\u00edan raw) en fin, lo que se te ocurra que puede llegar a quedar rico, a usar la imaginaci\u00f3n! Es importante activar las frutas secas para que podamos digerirlas correctamente y asimilar todos sus nutrientes, para ello, simplemente hay que dejarlas en remojo con agua filtrada, si es posible toda la noche, pero si no, con un par de horas es suficiente. Luego se escurren y se utilizan. Estas bolitas son muy f\u00e1ciles de preparar, se procesan todos los ingredientes hasta formar una masa y se deja enfriar bien, luego se arman las bolitas y rebozan con lo que m\u00e1s te guste. Se conservan en la heladera por 1 semana (aunque no creo que te duren tanto!) <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1906\"
