La frescura y la vitalidad de este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n es muy evidente y comer as\u00ed, sobre todo, al mediod\u00eda, cuando a\u00fan tenemos mucho que hacer durante el resto del d\u00eda, es una idea muy inteligente. Digerir la comida cruda le insume al cuerpo tan poca energ\u00eda, que la energ\u00eda sobrante queda disponible para usarla a gusto y piacere! Esta ensalada no solamente te nutrir\u00e1 y te llenar\u00e1, sino que te pondr\u00e1 en acci\u00f3n, luego de comerla, habr\u00e1s cargado tanto las pilas, que tendr\u00e1s ganas de hacer muchas cosas! Se prepara muy muy r\u00e1pido ya que la \u00fanica tarea es cortar los ingredientes y mezclarlos y es ideal para llevarla al trabajo, te llev\u00e1s todo cortadito y minutos antes de comer, la
