Un tipo de cocina muy sabrosa, variada, nutritiva. Siempre es f\u00e1cil comer vegano en un restaurante armenio, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hummus-pure-de-garbanzos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/baba-ganush\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">babaganoush<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/gluten-free-falafel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tabbouleh-raw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tabbouleh<\/a>,\u00a0sarmas y la lista sigue&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ensalada Bel\u00e9n es una ensalada muy contundente y deliciosa, se prepara con 4 ingredientes y es muy f\u00e1cil de hacer. La primera vez que prob\u00e9 esta ensalada no fue en un restaurante armenio, fue en la casa de mi t\u00eda \u00c9lida. Ella suele prepararla para navidad, \u00a1le sale INCRE\u00cdBLE! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde que me hice vegana, mucha gente tiene &#8220;miedo&#8221; de invitarme a comer porque no se les ocurre qu\u00e9 prepararme de comida, cuando, en realidad, es muy f\u00e1cil: todo se puede hacer, s\u00f3lo hay que cambiar los ingredientes. En el caso de esta ensalada, no hay que cambiarle nada. Recuerdo haberle dicho a mi t\u00eda: &#8220;Cuando quieras invitarme a comer, pod\u00e9s prepararme &#8220;LA BELEN&#8221;, es vegana por naturaleza!&#8221;. Bien, mi t\u00eda me consinti\u00f3 el deseo y en mi \u00faltima visita a Buenos Aires me prepar\u00f3 la deliciosa ensalada. Aprovech\u00e9 la oportunidad para preguntarle c\u00f3mo la hac\u00eda y ella me lo explic\u00f3 con todo su amor. &#8220;Hay un peque\u00f1o secretito -me dijo-. Antes de saltear las berenjenas, ten\u00e9s que dejarlas en un colador con sal para que &#8216;piyen&#8217; todo lo amargo y suelten el agua, si no, te queda como una sopa&#8221;. Otro tip, es que hay que saltearlas en tandas, para que se doren bien y no se amontonen. Todas deben estar apoyadas en la sart\u00e9n, no unas sobre otras. As\u00ed que depende la cantidad que prepares, deber\u00e1s hacer 1, 2 o 3 tandas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N: la foto que ilustra este posteo corresponde a nuestro segundo libro <a class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En una sart\u00e9n antiadherente, colocar un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y calentar.<\/div><\/li><li berenjenas en tandas (que no se encimen unas con las otras) remover para que se doren de todos los lados)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3925-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cortar el pimiento y saltear en aceite de oliva.<\/div><\/li><li
