Ven\u00eda antojada hac\u00eda varios d\u00edas, pero me daba fiaca hacer pruebas. Obviamente el antojo pudo m\u00e1s que la fiaca y decid\u00ed crear estas alb\u00f3ndigas que, realmente quedaron espectaculares.<\/p>\n<p>Crujientes por fuera y tiernitas por dentro, son muy muy sabrosas! Mi marido las am\u00f3 -y eso que no le gusta la soja texturizada-. Nuevamente, el hecho de que no te guste un ingrediente de alguna manera, no quiere decir que no pueda encantarte de otra. Bien, yo AMO la soja texturizada, no suelo comer soja muy seguido, pero, para este tipo de recetas me parece espectacular.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-30-at-17.16.29-1.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5856\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2020-06-30-at-17.16.29-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h5>CONSEJOS PARA QUE QUEDEN INCRE\u00cdBLES!<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La soja.<\/strong> Us\u00e9 una que me traje de Argentina, regalo de mi hermana Sabri, la compr\u00f3 en el barrio Chino y es, la m\u00e1s rica que he probado, mucho m\u00e1s rica que la que consigo en Holanda. Esta soja viene en cubos, yo los hidrat\u00e9 y luego los proces\u00e9 hasta que quedaran picaditos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La liga.<\/strong> \u00bfC\u00f3mo logr\u00e9 que las bolitas se sostengan? Siguiendo otro consejo de mi hermana Sabri: us\u00e9 avena, la mezcl\u00e9 con semillas de lino y las hice polvo con ayuda de la licuadora, ese polvo lo us\u00e9 para unir la &#8220;masa&#8221; y para rebozar, agregando en la mezcla de rebozado tambi\u00e9n harina de almendras y levadura nutricional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La cocci\u00f3n.<\/strong> Las alb\u00f3ndigas pueden cocinarse de varias maneras, pod\u00e9s fre\u00edrlas sumergidas en abundante aceite o saltearlas en menos aceite, pod\u00e9s hacerlas al horno y tambi\u00e9n, pod\u00e9s sellarlas apenas y luego meterlas en alguna salsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A m\u00ed me gusta comerlas crocantes, las acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con una ensalada de papa, chaucha, edamame y palta y otra de hojas verdes. luego escurrir bien.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Procesar hasta picarla groseramente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En un bol, colocar la soja texturizada, agregar la sal, el humo l\u00edquido, el piment\u00f3n, la cebolla y las semillas de mostaza.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Picar finamente el ajo y el perejil, incorporar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En la procesadora o licuadora, moler la avena y las semillas de lino hasta lograr un polvo fino.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Mezclar este polvo con la soja y \"amasar\" apretando bien para integrar todo, la avena comenzar\u00e1 a \"pegar\" la mezcla.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Preparar el rebozado moliendo el resto de la avena, mezclar con la levadura y la harina de almendras.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Formar bolitas con la masa y pasar por el rebozado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3922-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Cocinar en sart\u00e9n con un chorro de aceite de oliva, o bien, freir sumergidas en aceite o al horno, rot\u00e1ndolas para que
