En primer lugar, us\u00e9 pasta de trigo sarraceno, unos deliciosos tallarines sin gluten. Los bimis, son los primitos del br\u00f3coli, tambi\u00e9n se los conoce como broccolini. Se consumen enteros, es decir, toda la ramita que finaliza en una flor, similar a la del br\u00f3coli, la ramita, se parece en sabor y textura a los esp\u00e1rragos verdes y las flores, bueno, al br\u00f3coli. Son muy sabrosos y quedan espectaculares con pastas. <em>Tiene diez nutrientes esenciales. Dispone de m\u00e1s zinc, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, antioxidantes y vitamina C que los esp\u00e1rragos, el br\u00f3coli tradicional, el kale y las espinacas.<\/em> <em>Es rico en glucosinolatos, un agente anticancer\u00edgeno propio de las br\u00e1sicas.
