Ac\u00e1 estoy de vuelta! Muchas cosas sucedieron en estas semanas, s\u00e9 que estuve desaparecida y tengo muchas razones, realmente los extra\u00f1aba! Por un lado, la visita de mi pap\u00e1 y su mujer, un gran regalo del Universo, poder recibirlos en nuestra casa, pasear con ellos, disfrutar. En el medio, mucho trabajo, mientras mi pap\u00e1 se fu\u00e9 de viaje por otras ciudades de Europa, as\u00ed que cero tiempo libre para dedicar a mis recetas y a mi querido blog. Por \u00faltimo, una cirug\u00eda que ven\u00eda esperando hace meses y finalmente lleg\u00f3. Mi pap\u00e1 ya regres\u00f3 a Argentina y yo, me tom\u00e9 unos d\u00edas sin trabajar para poder recuperarme. As\u00ed que ac\u00e1 estoy, descansando, escribi\u00e9ndoles desde mi c\u00f3modo sill\u00f3n con vista al canal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy les traigo una receta de un\u00a0amuse-bouche, un tentempi\u00e9, un <em>finger food<\/em>, un bocadito. Muy natural y clean. Se trata de un hummus de edamames y palta sobre unas hojas de endivias a modo de cucharitas comestibles. Muy fresco, f\u00e1cil y sabroso. Las edamames (porotos de soja verdes) , se consiguen en el barrio chino, est\u00e1n cargadas de prote\u00ednas y hierro y disminuyen los niveles de colesterol malo, adem\u00e1s, contienen antioxidantes. Si no las consiguen, pueden reemplazar las edamames por arvejas o habas verdes. Usen arvejas o habas frescas o congeladas, pero no de lata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1980\"
