Hac\u00eda mi actividad f\u00edsica en ayunas y resultaba bien, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el Spinning es un ejercicio intenso y hacerlo apenas comiste algo te provoca un revuelto en la panza que no est\u00e1 bueno. Lo que si notaba, era que no ten\u00eda tanta energ\u00eda durante la actividad f\u00edsica, creo que esto se deb\u00eda a que estaba exigiendo a mi cuerpo demasiado esfuerzo cuando a\u00fan no le hab\u00eda cargado combustible. Decid\u00ed cambiar un poco la estrategia e hice algunas modificaciones, claro est\u00e1 que, como yo trabajo desde casa y tengo la libertad de acomodar mis horarios, pude hacerlo de esta manera, s\u00e9 que no todo el mundo puede darse este lujo, pero, quiz\u00e1s pueden acomodar las cosas de cierta forma en donde les resulte posible. Empec\u00e9 mi d\u00eda tomando un vaso de agua tibia con lim\u00f3n, luego me prepar\u00e9 este desayuno que disfrut\u00e9 con un t\u00e9, mientras organizaba mi trabajo frente a la computadora. El desayuno es PODEROSO y muy llenador, as\u00ed que tard\u00e9 mucho tiempo en comerlo, cuando me daban ganas com\u00eda una cucharada o dos, segu\u00eda trabajando, tomaba un sorbo de t\u00e9 y as\u00ed. Despu\u00e9s de 2 horas, ten\u00eda energ\u00eda como para salir a correr una marat\u00f3n, mi cuerpo necesitaba gastar esa energ\u00eda y sent\u00ed una necesidad ENORME de subirme a la bici de Spinning. Hice la actividad con muchas m\u00e1s ganas, m\u00e1s pilas, m\u00e1s fuerzas y m\u00e1s sonrisas que cuando la hac\u00eda en ayunas. Cuando termin\u00e9 me di una ducha y reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed com\u00ed algo liviano como almuerzo. Mi recomendaci\u00f3n, si es que pueden, es comer algo muy nutritivo al menos 1 hora antes de hacer actividad f\u00edsica, creo que da muy buenos resultados! En cuanto al desayuno, lo voy variando, creanme que hay una gran diferencia entre desayunar con frutas y avena, licuados o jugos, que desayunar caf\u00e9 y pan, mucha! Hagan la prueba y despu\u00e9s me cuentan! Para este delicioso y suculento desayuno, us\u00e9 leche de almendras, avena org\u00e1nica, mango fresco en su punto justo (dulce, jugoso, sabroso), ar\u00e1ndanos frescos, semillas y super food y una
