Decid\u00ed volver a intentar, pero en este caso opt\u00e9\u00a0por una versi\u00f3n crudivegana, como para hacer la prueba con cantidades peque\u00f1as, los arm\u00e9 en estos frasquitos, y realmente debo confesar que me sorprend\u00ed con el resultado. La base la hice con harina de coco, si no consiguen, pueden usar coco rallado y hacerlo polvo con la procesadora o mixer, \u00a0tambi\u00e9n pueden usar harina de almendras. Yo proces\u00e9 la harina de coco junto con d\u00e1tiles y caf\u00e9 expresso, qued\u00f3 una masa que no se lleg\u00f3 a unir, qued\u00f3 como si fuesen galletitas mojadas en el caf\u00e9, hechas tipo migas h\u00famedas, eso lo puse en el fondo del frasquito y result\u00f3\u00a0una base &#8220;esponjosa&#8221; porque esas miguitas mojadas no eran s\u00f3lidas. Imag\u00ednense como que mojan galletitas en el t\u00e9 o el caf\u00e9 para comerlas, cuando se toman el t\u00e9 o el caf\u00e9, abajo quedan como migas &#8220;mojadas&#8221;, bueno, era algo as\u00ed, pero no tan mojadas. Me gust\u00f3 tanto el resultado de la base, que voy a usar la misma receta para intentar hacer la &#8220;Chocotorta&#8221; con mi dulce de leche de coco y esta misma crema de caj\u00fas. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM Volviendo al Tiramis\u00fa, la crema la hice con caj\u00fas, lo ideal es dejarlas en remojo con agua durante toda la noche. Yo no tuve toda la noche, as\u00ed que las dej\u00e9 un par de horas. Se ablandan enseguida y si tienen una buena licuadora, quedan cremosas igual. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2000\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/raw-vegan-tiramisu2.jpg\" alt=\"raw-vegan-tiramisu2\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Como bien saben, las casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa o cashews, contienen mucha grasa, pero de la buena! Su textura no tiene nada que envidiarle al queso mascarpone, pero sin\u00a0su colesterol, sus grasas da\u00f1inas ni su crueldad. Qu\u00e9 tul? Para procesarlas y lograr una crema, us\u00e9 agua y aceite de coco l\u00edquido, no se asusten si les parece que queda muy l\u00edquida, porque al enfriarse en la heladera toma consistencia. Para darle un sabor un toque \u00e1cido, us\u00e9 unas gotas de jugo de lim\u00f3n, endulc\u00e9 con agave (que se puede reemplazar por az\u00facar, stevia, maple o lo que quieran para endulzar) y saboric\u00e9 con unas gotas de extracto de vainilla. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1999\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/raw-vegan-tiramisu3.jpg\" alt=\"raw-vegan-tiramisu3\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/> Finalmente espolvore\u00e9 con cacao amargo, pueden usar tambi\u00e9n virutas de chocolate puro.
