HE DICHO! El tofu, tiene una cualidad muy interesante: NO tiene GUSTO a NADA. Me podr\u00e1n decir que eso no est\u00e1 bueno en un alimento, pues, yo digo todo lo contrario. Como no tiene sabor, se le puede dar el sabor que uno quiera. Tanto en preparaciones dulces (cheesecakes, helados, postres) como en preparaciones saladas (scramble, relleno de tarta, pastas, en sopas, grillado, frito) el tofu absorbe el sabor de lo que tiene alrededor, por eso, si lo mezcl\u00e1s con chocolate, va a tener gusto a chocolate y si lo mezcl\u00e1s con lim\u00f3n, ajo y hierbas, va a tener sabor a eso.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2014\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/tofu-grillado2.jpg\" alt=\"tofu-grillado2\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto, voy a explicar c\u00f3mo queda este tofu grillado. Queda bien crujiente por fuera, doradito y con mucho sabor y por dentro, tierno y jugoso. Se puede comer en el mismo instante que se hace o guardar en la heladera, entonces, su textura cambiar\u00e1 por una textura un poco m\u00e1s r\u00edgida que queda muy bien cortado en tiritas, para un sandwich o wrap. El m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n lo saqu\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vxHAbIddCXE\">este video<\/a> de Vegan Zombie. Est\u00e1 muy bien explicado. Utilic\u00e9 jugo de lim\u00f3n, ajo en polvo, piment\u00f3n ahumado, c\u00farcuma, or\u00e9gano y peperoncino, para darle un toque picante. Acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con varias ensaladas, una de hojas verdes y semillas de zapallo tostadas, otra de tomate, palta y hemp, y otra de papas y remolachas hervidas con mayonesa de alioli. Texturas frescas, cremosas, crujientes y potentosas en este plato lleno de color y sabor! <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2012\"
