Estuve un poco desaparecida! Resulta que mi amiga Sol vino de visita y en el medio tambi\u00e9n nos hemos ido de vacaciones con mi marido a las hermosas playas de Ibiza y Formentera. En otro post les voy a contar lo que fu\u00e9 ser vegana en aquellos lugares, tuve experiencias positivas mayoritariamente, pero tambi\u00e9n algunas &#8220;bronquitas&#8221;. Hoy les traigo unas pastas rellenas! Pero no se asusten que no hay que amasar, (aunque si tienen ganas, pueden hacerlo y armar ravioles o sorrentinos) solo conseguir estos &#8220;Lumaconi Rigati&#8221; que son unos fideos secos de trigo duro, en\u00a0forma de caracol, que se cocinan al dente, luego se rellenan y por \u00faltimo\u00a0se gratinan al horno, resultando algunos bordecitos crocantes. Mmmmmmmm Un plato ideal para cuando ten\u00e9s invitados, porque lo prepar\u00e1s con antelaci\u00f3n y unos minutos antes de la comida, lo \u00fanico que ten\u00e9s que hacer es ponerlos al horno para el toque final, as\u00ed pod\u00e9s disfrutar de la charla y no te ten\u00e9s que internar en la cocina. Tambi\u00e9n pueden usar este mismo relleno para hacer lasagna, es un relleno s\u00faper f\u00e1cil y delicioso! Est\u00e1 hecho con tofu, pero tranquilos! Que mi marido Dami\u00e1n es mi filtro para saber que un plato es apto para omn\u00edvoros, porque, como les cont\u00e9 muchas veces antes, \u00e9l odia el tofu, el seit\u00e1n y las mock meats. En este caso les juro que este plato le fascin\u00f3 y si no le digo que lleva tofu no se da cuenta. El tofu, como siempre digo, tiene una gran ventaja: No tiene gusto a nada y eso es genial, porque le podemos dar el sabor que querramos. En el caso de este relleno, lo deshice con los dedos, formando algo parecido a la &#8220;ricotta&#8221; us\u00e9 albahaca, pi\u00f1ones, jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Us\u00e9 tomates cherry, que se arrugaron y explotaron formando una salsita espectacular y gratin\u00e9 con crema de soja y levadura nutricional. Delicioso! class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Deshacer el tofu con las manos o pisando con un tenedor, hasta obtener la textura de una ricotta.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Picar la albahaca bien peque\u00f1a e incorporar al tofu.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Agregar los pi\u00f1ones tostados.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Condimentar con sal, pimienta, jugo de lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Colocar el relleno en una manga e ir rellenando uno a uno los Lumaconi.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Acomodarlos en una fuente para horno untada con aceite de oliva.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la salsa:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Lavar y secar los tomates cherry, cortarlos al medio y colocarlos en la fuente junto con los Lumaconi rellenos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3889-step-2-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Rociar con aceite de oliva, la crema vegetal y la
