Yo no lo creo! AMO las papas, tan vers\u00e1til alimento, deliciosas como sean, al horno, fritas, hervidas, en pur\u00e9, el queso de papa, la tortilla de papa, las papas bravas&#8230; Los papines, las papas violetas, las papas dulces, las mil y una variedades de papas! Las adoro a todas! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy les traigo una receta de &#8220;La Veganista&#8221; creo que ya les he hablado de ella, una muchacha que vive en Berl\u00edn, nieta de carnicero (HELLO?) que adem\u00e1s de un blog ha escrito un libro de recetas que est\u00e1 muy bueno. Aunque yo no soy de seguir recetas, sino m\u00e1s bien de CREAR recetas, en este caso, tom\u00e9 su idea para las papas rellenas, obvio que cambi\u00e9 algunas cosas, pero no quiero dejar de reconocer mi inspiraci\u00f3n. Este plato puede ser un acompa\u00f1amiento o un plato principal, yo decid\u00ed que estas papas ser\u00edan las protagonistas de mi plato, as\u00ed que las acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con una fresca ensaladita de hojas verdes. Qued\u00f3 realmente delicioso! Prepar\u00e9 una salsita muy simple, con un poco de vegan mayo, jugo de lim\u00f3n y aceite de oliva.
