El coliflor y la col rizada, como todas las coles (repollo, repollitos de bruselas, romanescu, br\u00f3coli) son ricos en vitamina C. Todos tienen propiedades antioxidantes que protegen contra los radicales libres. Se dice que ayudan al h\u00edgado a desintoxicar el organismo eliminando toxinas, por eso son considerados alimentos que ayudan a prevenir el c\u00e1ncer. La idea es comerlos lo m\u00e1s crudos posibles, para que mantengan sus propiedades, por eso esta forma de salteado s\u00faper r\u00e1pido es ideal. <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\"
