Feliz 2016 a todos!    He vuelto despu\u00e9s de unas merecidas y agotadoras vacaciones! Se preguntar\u00e1n por qu\u00e9 no he descansado en mis vacaciones, pues bueno, es que me fui a Buenos Aires en plenas fiestas!  Muchos reencuentros, muchas celebraciones, he estado de aqu\u00ed para all\u00e1 y a\u00fan as\u00ed no he podido ver a toda la gente que quise. Siempre me queda un sabor a poco cuando voy a mi querida Argentina&#8230;  Prometo contarles un poco mis nuevos descubrimientos veganos en Buenos Aires y contarles un poco m\u00e1s sobre c\u00f3mo fu\u00e9 mi experiencia vegana en la mesa navide\u00f1a (OH MY GOD!) muchos veganos sabr\u00e1n de qu\u00e9 les hablo. Ah\u00ed estaba yo con mi matambre de seit\u00e1n y mi ensaladita rusa sin mayonesa \ud83d\ude42    Pero he vuelto a mi hogar en Amsterdam y decid\u00ed que despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 2 a\u00f1os viviendo en Holanda, merec\u00eda la pena cocinar un plato holand\u00e9s, a que si?  As\u00ed que he preparado el famoso Stamppot! Con este nombre tan loco (en holand\u00e9s &#8220;cazuela machacada&#8221;), no se vayan a creer que es algo demasiado sofisticado, es b\u00e1sicamente salchicha con pur\u00e9 (E O E)    Qu\u00e9 tiene de especial este plato para considerarse el plato nacional de los Paises Bajos? EU no tengo la menor idea! Pero as\u00ed lo es!  Hay varias versiones, pueden cambiar los vegetales que se le agregan al pur\u00e9 de papas y la salsa con la que se acompa\u00f1a, pero lo que siempre lleva seguro es salchicha y pur\u00e9.    Yo soy una fan\u00e1tica del pur\u00e9, sobre todo del pur\u00e9 de papas, LO AMO! En este caso, mezcl\u00e9 el pur\u00e9 de papas con kale (col rizada) y con puerro previamente salteaditos con ajo y aceite de oliva. Una ABSOLUTA DELICIA.  Para reemplazar la salchicha us\u00e9 una salchicha vegan muy rica que consigo ac\u00e1, no se trata de nada procesado ni raro, sino una mezcla de hongos porcini y ajo, envueltas en algas, d\u00e1ndole forma de salchichas. Ustedes pueden usar las que consigan o hacerlas.  Finalmente para la salsa, us\u00e9 tamari (salsa de soja) y mostaza de dij\u00f3n, la mostaza y las salchichas para m\u00ed son una combinaci\u00f3n perfecta! pelarlas, cortarlas en rodajas y hervir en abundante agua hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas, colar y reservar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Picar el kale (o las espinacas), el puerro y el ajo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">En una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, agregar el kale, el puerro y el ajo y saltear hasta que el puerro transparente, agregar una pizca de sal, reservar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Pisar las papas, agregar sal, la leche, la manteca vegana, la levadura nutricional y mezclar bien para que quede bien aireado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Incorporar las verduras salteadas, mezclar y reservar.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la salsa<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Derretir la manteca vegana en una cacerolita a fuego bajo, incorporar el tamari y la mostaza de dij\u00f3n, mezclar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Disolver el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz con el caldo o agua, incorporar a la cacerolita.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Revolver en\u00e9rgicamente hasta integrar, seguir revolviendo hasta que hierva.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3868-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\">Apagar el fuego y colocar en salsera, si est\u00e1 demasiado espesa, agregar m\u00e1s agua o caldo.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div
