RECETA ACTUALIZADA!<\/h5>\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s tips y pasos para que te salgan siempre perfectas y un video para que veas el armado!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3408\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/medialunas03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Siendo vegan uno puede llegar a extra\u00f1ar mucho las medialunas, unas ricas facturas con los mates amargos y buena compa\u00f1\u00eda, a que si?<\/p>\n<p>Ultimamente en Argentina est\u00e1n apareciendo lugares que hacen sus medialunas con margarina, porque, DAH, es m\u00e1s barato que hacerlas con manteca, entonces muchos veganos han podido darse este gustito, peeeeeeeeeeeeero, como ya sabemos, los alimentos procesados vienen con muchos ingredientes feitos que es mejor evitar, entonces es muuuuuuucho, pero qu\u00e9 digo mucho, much\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00ed\u00edsimo mejor, si hacemos las medialunas nosotros mismos.<br \/>\nCreanme que no es complicado y adem\u00e1s, a medida que vayan haciendo m\u00e1s, van a ir dominando el arte de armarlas y les van a quedar cada vez mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Calate esta textura!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3409\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/medialunas04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La versi\u00f3n que les paso es la que tiene los ingredientes m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de conseguir, pero se puede hacer una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable, si cambiamos la margarina por aceite de coco s\u00f3lido y hacemos la leche casera, y si adem\u00e1s, usamos un poco de harina integral podemos hacer unas medialunas menos culposas, aunque vamos, que comer un poco de chatarra de vez en cuando no nos va a matar!<\/p>\n<p>Lo \u00fanico importante a tener en cuenta, es que, como toda masa con levadura, tiene tiempos &#8220;muertos&#8221;, es decir, tiempos de descanso de la masa y de las medialunas ya formadas en donde no hay que hacer nada, solo esperar. Esto es muy dif\u00edcil para los que son ansiosos, pero es fundamental para obtener buenos resultados. As\u00ed que \u00e1rmense de paciencia, dejen la masa crecer tranquila, vayan a ver un cap\u00edtulo de su serie favorita y vuelvan.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto a la levadura, he probado con ambas, fresca y seca. Fresca es mucho mejor, el resultado es una masa m\u00e1s liviana. Pero si tienen seca, adelante, quedan bien igual, quiz\u00e1s es un poco m\u00e1s lenta, as\u00ed que a no desanimarse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3411\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/medialunas06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El amasado puede hacerse tanto a mano, como en procesadora o robot de cocina. Yo cuando no tengo tiempo de amasar, meto todo en la procesadora y que se amase ah\u00ed. Cuando tengo tiempo de amasar a mano lo hago, es mucho m\u00e1s lindo, adem\u00e1s amasar para m\u00ed es terap\u00e9utico.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que se animen a hacerlas y compartan sus experiencias con
