Est\u00e1 compuesta principalmente por harina y grasa animal. La masa se separa en capas, como si fuera un hojaldre y es crocante por fuera y tierna por dentro. Es salada y es, a mi modo de ver, uno de los mejores acompa\u00f1amientos para el ritual del mate.<\/p>\n<p>Un buen d\u00eda decid\u00ed dejar de ser una vegana nost\u00e1lgica de la cremona y busqu\u00e9 algunas recetas. Reemplac\u00e9 ingredientes y la veganic\u00e9. \u00bfEl resultado? \u00a1Simplemente delicioso! La cremona vegana no tiene nada que envidiarle a la tradicional. block;\">Estirar con palote sobre la mesada formando un rect\u00e1ngulo de 1 cm de espesor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3823-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Pincelar con aceite de oliva y doblar la masa sobre si misma en 3 como si fuera un tr\u00edptico.
