Yo suelo grillarme una rodajita y acompa\u00f1arla con ensalada. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s prepararlo con salsa de vino tinto y verduras. O usarlo como usar\u00edas una carne, de la manera que m\u00e1s te guste.  El seitan est\u00e1 cargad\u00edsimo de prote\u00ednas (24%),\u00a0contiene vitamina B2 y hierro, aportando muchas menos calor\u00edas que la carne y sin grasas saturadas ni colesterol.    <img
