Us\u00e1s de lata o frasco. No ten\u00e9s hongos frescos? Us\u00e1s secos y los hidrat\u00e1s. No ten\u00e9s nada de eso? Us\u00e1s porotos de frasco junto con los vegetales, o tofu, o tempeh, o tiritas de seit\u00e1n.<br \/>\nSi ten\u00e9s a mano en el freezer nuestras <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/tortillas-para-wraps\/\">tortillas para fajitas<\/a><\/strong>, genial, se descongelan en segundos. Sino, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar las compradas.
