{"id":2357,"date":"2017-07-04T10:22:09","date_gmt":"2017-07-04T13:22:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=2357"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:16:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:16:59","slug":"bizcochitos-no-grasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/bizcochitos-no-grasa\/","title":{"rendered":"bizcochitos de no-grasa-animal"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/bizcochitos01.jpg\" alt=\"bizcochitos de no-grasa\" class=\"wp-image-2358\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de mis momentos favoritos del d\u00eda es la hora de la merienda, creo que lo he dicho en infinidad de posts, es el momento de relax, de disfrute, unos buenos amargos, una rica taza de t\u00e9, un fresco licuado de frutas&#8230; Depende del humor, la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y las ganas de preparar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el mate hay dos cosas que me fascinan, unas buenas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/recipe\/medialunas-de-manteca\/\">medialunas<\/a><\/strong> o unos ricos bizcochitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de ser vegana, era fan de unos que est\u00e1n hechos con grasa animal. Son unos bien arenosos que se te quedan pegados en la garganta y para bajarlos necesit\u00e1s una patada. Me com\u00eda la bolsa entera y luego terminaba con un dolor de panza que mamma m\u00eda&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encontr\u00e9 por ah\u00ed esta receta, que simplifiqu\u00e9 y qued\u00f3 muy bien. La textura queda muy muy similar (arenosos, necesit\u00e1s patada) Pero qu\u00e9 ricos! Y sin crueldad!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OJO, porque veganos no significa sanos, para lograr la textura llevan mucho aceite (yo us\u00e9 de oliva) pod\u00e9s usar de girasol o tambi\u00e9n margarina. As\u00ed que intent\u00e1 no com\u00e9rtelos todos de una!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIP: Para cortarlos bien chiquitos, yo no ten\u00eda un cortapastas tan peque\u00f1o, as\u00ed que improvic\u00e9 y us\u00e9 la tapita de la leche de soja (cualquier tapita de pl\u00e1stico puede servir) Sino, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s cortar la masa en cuadraditos del tama\u00f1o que te gusten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
