Lo preparaba con zapallitos redondos, huevos, tomate, cebolla y mucho queso.<br \/>\nRealmente me gustaba mucho, era sabroso, untuoso y delicioso.<br \/>\nHace unos d\u00edas lo record\u00e9 y tuve la imperiosa necesidad de veganizarlo. Como todo plato vegetariano, es f\u00e1cil de veganizar, se reemplaza el queso, se reemplaza el huevo y listo.<\/p>\n<p>Yo decid\u00ed usar zapallitos largos (zucchini o calabac\u00edn, seg\u00fan lo llamen en tu lugar), me gustan m\u00e1s que los zapallitos redondos, su sabor es m\u00e1s suave y por lo menos donde yo vivo, son m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles de conseguir.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2379\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/zucchinis-revueltos02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Reemplazo del queso: Es importante usar un queso que se derrita. Recomiendo el quesofu (la receta est\u00e1 en nuestro feed de Instagram, es de La Dimensi\u00f3n Vegana) Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-pizza\/\">queso de papa<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>o el queso que te guste.<\/p>\n<p>Reemplazo del huevo: En este caso us\u00e9 tofu sedoso (silken tofu) que es mucho m\u00e1s h\u00famedo y cremoso que el tofu firme, lo bat\u00ed con sal kala namak para dar sabor a huevo, c\u00farcuma, para dar tono amarillo y otros condimentos, qued\u00f3 realmente exquisito.<\/p>\n<p>Algo muy genial que sucede con esta receta, es que pod\u00e9s usar lo que te sobre (si es que te sobra) para rellenar una tarta, si!
