Lo malo es que cuando los com\u00e9s en un restaurante est\u00e1n fritos y pueden caer medio pesados. Por otro lado, est\u00e1n hechos con masa de trigo.<\/p>\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n casera est\u00e1 hecha con papel de arroz, con lo cual es libre de gluten, adem\u00e1s no hay que andar amasando ni estirando la masa para formarlos, simplemente se hidrata el papel de arroz en agua fresca y se arma.<\/p>\n<p>Obvio que el papel de arroz se puede comer as\u00ed, crudo, pero claro, eso ser\u00eda lo que conocemos como summer rolls, no spring rolls. Los rollitos primavera deben tener masa crocante.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2384\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/rollitos-primavera04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Debo confesar que al principio intent\u00e9 cocinarlos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite, pero se desarmaban, as\u00ed que la mejor opci\u00f3n de crocantar esta masa de papel de arroz fue ponerlos al horno. Claro que tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas freirlos, pero ya dejar\u00edan de ser livianos y saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Para el relleno us\u00e9 lo que a mi me gusta llamar <em>loquehay\u00a0<\/em>esto es, los vegetales que haya en tu heladera. Claro que hay vegetales que van a darle un toque m\u00e1s chino que otros. Por ejemplo, yo ten\u00eda pimiento rojo, cebolla de verdeo y brotes de soja. Tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda tempeh, que piqu\u00e9 muy chiquitito y salte\u00e9 con los vegetales. Siempre est\u00e1 bueno saborizar con ajo y jengibre picados y por supuesto, salsa de soja (para que sea completamente sin gluten, usar tamari o salsa de soja gluten free)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2383\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/rollitos-primavera03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2382\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/rollitos-primavera02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Entonces, resumiendo, pic\u00e1s los vegetales que tengas en la heladera bien chiquitos, los salte\u00e1s en un wok con un poco de aceite por unos minutos (al estar cortados peque\u00f1os se cocinan en nada!) y mientras dej\u00e1s que se enfr\u00ede un poco, vas hidratando las hojas de papel de arroz. Las hojas se hidratan en un bol con agua a temperatura ambiente, se sumerjen las hojas en el agua hasta que est\u00e9n flexibles, no blandas blandas del todo, apenas flexibles. Se sacan del agua y se apoyan en una superficie en donde no se peguen, lo que mejor resultado da es una placa de silicona o una silpat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2385\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/rollitos-primavera05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Luego se coloca una o dos cucharadas del relleno en el centro del c\u00edrculo, se doblan primero los dos costados (derecha e izquierda) para hacer un rollito cerrado y que el relleno no se escape. Finalmente se enrolla comenzando por el extremo m\u00e1s cercano a uno, enrollando hacia arriba.<\/p>\n<p>En este momento se pueden poner en la placa que va a ir al horno, recomiendo que tambi\u00e9n tenga encima una placa de silicona o una silpat, para no usar aceite y para asegurarnos que no se van a pegar.<\/p>\n<p>Como se puede ver en la foto, se arrugan un poquito, esto es porque el papel de arroz es muy fino y muy pegajoso, entonces al acomodar los rollitos siempre se hacen arruguitas.<\/p>\n<p>Bien, creo que les di todos los tips respecto al armado, as\u00ed que vamos a la
