{"id":2401,"date":"2017-07-11T13:36:13","date_gmt":"2017-07-11T11:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=2401"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:24","slug":"leche-de-quinoa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/leche-de-quinoa\/","title":{"rendered":"Leche de qu\u00ednoa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2402\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/leche-quinoa01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Con esta receta inauguramos oficialmente la secci\u00f3n Leches Vegetales de nuestro blog, hemos estado experimentando con diferentes recetas, usando semillas, frutos secos y cereales, as\u00ed que est\u00e9n atentos porque vamos a ir subiendo diferentes opciones para todos los gustos!<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva secci\u00f3n dar\u00e1 lugar sin dudas a otra especial de recetas usando el bagazo (la pulpa que queda luego de filtrar la leche) se viene&#8230; se viene&#8230;<br \/>\nPronto tambi\u00e9n estaremos publicando quesos, cremas y yogures, pero paso a paso.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy les traigo esta leche s\u00faper nutritiva y llena de prote\u00edna. Es ideal para cocinar porque su sabor es muy sutil, tambi\u00e9n para tomar sola, as\u00ed como sale de la bolsa, aunque para tomar sola yo la endulzar\u00eda un poquito (con un chorrito de agave, por ejemplo)<\/p>\n<p>Yo solo le puse una pizca de sal de Himalaya, para resaltar el sabor de la qu\u00ednoa. Pueden no ponerle nada de sal. Tambi\u00e9n pueden saborizarla con unas gotas de extracto de vainilla o una pizca de canela, si saben que la van a tomar as\u00ed. Si la van a usar para cocinar, es mejor dejarla natural.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2403\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/leche-quinoa02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como ya sabemos, la qu\u00ednoa es un superalimento,\u00a0posee un excepcional equilibrio de\u00a0prote\u00ednas, grasas y carbohidratos. Entre los\u00a0amino\u00e1cidos\u00a0presentes en sus prote\u00ednas destacan la\u00a0lisina\u00a0(importante para el desarrollo del cerebro) y la\u00a0arginina\u00a0e\u00a0histidina, b\u00e1sicos para el desarrollo humano durante la infancia. Igualmente es rica en\u00a0metionina\u00a0y\u00a0cistina, en minerales como\u00a0hierro,\u00a0calcio\u00a0y\u00a0f\u00f3sforo\u00a0y\u00a0vitaminas, mientras que es pobre en grasas, complementando de este modo a otros cereales y\/o legumbres.<\/p>\n<div class=\"thumb tright\">\n<div class=\"thumbinner\">\n<div class=\"thumbcaption\">\n<div class=\"magnify\">El promedio de prote\u00ednas en el grano es de 16\u00a0%, pero puede contener hasta 23\u00a0%, lo cual es m\u00e1s del doble que cualquier cereal. La grasa contenida es de 4 a 9\u00a0%, de los cuales la mitad contiene\u00a0\u00e1cido linoleico, esencial para la dieta humana.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Puede consumirse por\u00a0celiacos\u00a0al no contener gluten.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2405\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/leche-quinoa04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Espero que se animen a hacerla, lo \u00fanico importante es siempre activar las semillas y granos antes de elaborar las leches, esto quiere decir, que dejaremos la qu\u00ednoa en un recipiente con agua filtrada durante toda la noche. En el caso de la qu\u00ednoa, hay que lavarla varias veces para quitar las saponinas.<\/p>\n<p>El agua del remojo se descarta, se vuelve a lavar un par de veces y ya est\u00e1 lista para preparar esta
