Jajaja, tenemos 2 temas de conversaci\u00f3n en realidad, nuestros hijos o la comida&#8230; Bueno, a veces tambi\u00e9n hablamos de nuestros maridos (jajaja).<br \/>\nCuesti\u00f3n que ella me estaba hablando de un postre que prepar\u00f3 ayer, y no s\u00e9 en qu\u00e9 se fue transformando la charla que hablamos de las pepas, ella me dec\u00eda que le gustan m\u00e1s con frambuesa que con membrillo y que no s\u00e9 d\u00f3nde ella hab\u00eda comido unas de almendras, chocolate y frambuesa.<\/p>\n<p>Como en este blog ya hay una <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/vegan-pepas-con-mermelada-de-frambuesas\/\"><em><strong>receta de pepas<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, pens\u00e9 en eso de las almendras y se me ocurri\u00f3 preparar unas sin gluten y sin aceite ni margarina, ya que estamos, lo de las almendras me gust\u00f3, la almendra ya tiene su propia grasa y realmente queda muy sabrosa en cookies. As\u00ed que puse manos a la obra&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2423\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pepas08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 directamente harina de almendras que ya ten\u00eda, pero pod\u00e9s partir de almendras enteras y procesarlas. Recomiendo procesar tambi\u00e9n el az\u00facar, ya que va a ayudar a que la masa quede m\u00e1s suave. As\u00ed que si ten\u00e9s almendras enteras, procesalas junto con el az\u00facar.<br \/>\nSi no ten\u00e9s almendras y ten\u00e9s casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa (anacardos) o nuez peruana o brasilera, tambi\u00e9n van bien en esta receta.<\/p>\n<p>Yo perfum\u00e9 con ralladura de lim\u00f3n y con vainilla, pod\u00e9s usar una o la otra, lo que m\u00e1s te guste. A m\u00ed me gusta como quedan las 2.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que ten\u00e9s en el bol la harina de almendras, el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz, el az\u00facar, la pizca de sal, el polvo de hornear y los perfumes que elijas, ten\u00e9s que agregar el agua para unir de a poco, ya que si te pas\u00e1s, se te va a desmoronar la masa y las galletas se van a deformar en el horno. Para las cantidades de la receta yo us\u00e9 3 cucharadas soperas de agua, puede que te lleve m\u00e1s o menos, no s\u00e9, and\u00e1 agregando de a una y viendo la consistencia.<\/p>\n<p>La masa no se llega a unir del todo, queda un poco arenosa, pero, como estas cookies se forman a mano, es muy f\u00e1cil apelmazarla y formar las bolitas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2417\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pepas02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A mi me salieron 13 galletas, depender\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o que hagas las bolitas la cantidad resultante. Las m\u00edas son bastante grandes, m\u00e1s grandes que una pepa tradicional de paquete. Ten\u00e9 en cuenta que en el horno crecen un poquito, por el polvo de hornear.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2424\"
